Ground Penetrating Radar

Introducing the New TerraSIRch SIR-3000

The newest standard in non-destructive investigation of the earth and concrete.

The SIR-3000 is a portable, digital Subsurface Interface Radar (SIR) System designed for a broad range of environmental, geotechnical, geological and engineering applications.

  • Rugged, lightweight, hand-held and very portable
  • High-resolution screen, easily readable in daylight
  • Flexible - compatible with ALL GSSI Antennas
  • User-accessible Compact Flash
  • Internal battery
  • USB, Ethernet, RS-232 ports for greater system flexibility

Typical applications of the SIR-3000 include:

  • Concrete and Rebar Inspection

  • Utility Detection and Mapping

  • Geological Investigation

  • Snow/Ice Thickness Measurement

  • Archaeology

  • Forensics/Law Enforcement

  • Research

StructureScan is the latest tool for the nondestructive inspection and evaluation of concrete structures. This system, developed by Geophysical Survey Systems, Inc. (GSSI), has revolutionized the concrete NDT industry.

StructureScan uses GSSI's patented Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) technology to quickly  and safely locate embedments within concrete structures prior to drilling, cutting or coring.

StructureScan Advantages:

  • Inspect floors, walls, decks, slabs, tunnels, balconies and garages.
  • Accurately locate rebar, tension cables, conduits (PVC and metal), voids and measure slab thickness.
  • Locate targets to a depth of 18 inches.
  • Faster, safer and lower cost than radiography (X-ray).
  • Only single-sided access needed.
  • Fully FCC compliant.
  • Built with pride in the USA.

StructureScan gives you the answers you need - when you need them.
